• Billing and transaction information, such as payment status, billing date, program selection and purchase history. Payment-card details are generally collected and processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by SlimTheory.
• Order and shipping information, including delivery address, shipment status and tracking details.
• Communications, including messages, requests, consultation responses and customer-service correspondence.
• Website and device information, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited and basic usage information.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you join the waitlist, complete a form, create an account, enroll, participate in a dosage consultation, contact us or otherwise use our services.

SlimTheory generally receives transaction details such as payment status, amount, billing date and limited payment-method information rather than your complete card number.
