Missing Packages & Medication Replacement Policy

At SlimTheory, we are committed to ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, once a package has left our facility, it is the responsibility of the member to ensure its safe delivery. Please review our policy regarding missing packages and medication replacement below.

1. Missing Packages

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • SlimTheory is not responsible for packages that go missing due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
  • If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at support@theslimtheory.com with the corrected address. If your order has not yet been processed, we will update it in our system.
  • If the order has already shipped, you will need to contact USPS directly to attempt an address change or retrieval.
  • If your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to a correct/alternative address.

Mishandling at Destination

  • SlimTheory is not responsible for packages lost due to mishandling at your destination (e.g., theft, misplaced by roommates, leasing offices, etc.).
  • It is the member’s responsibility to provide a reliable shipping address.
  • If you are concerned about USPS delivery reliability at your residence, we strongly recommend using a P.O. Box or an alternative shipping address (such as a family member, friend, or workplace).
  • We do not offer shipping by any other carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc)

USPS Carrier Error

  • If your package goes missing due to an issue with USPS (e.g., marked as delivered but not received, lost in transit), it is your responsibility to contact USPS directly to file a claim.
  • All medications are shipped with insurance, which allows you to file a claim with USPS for reimbursement or recovery of the package.
  • To file a claim, visit the USPS website (www.usps.com/help/claims.htm) and follow the instructions for submitting a missing package claim.

Reshipment Fees

  • If your package is lost under any of the circumstances above and you request a reshipment, the following fees apply:
    • Semaglutide Reshipment: $95
    • Tirzepatide Reshipment: $110
  • If you choose not to have your medication reshipped and instead skip a month, we do not offer refunds for that month.

2. Medication Replacement

We understand that accidents happen, and you may need a replacement dose under certain circumstances.

  • If a syringe of medication is lost, spilled, or needs to be replaced due to user error, a new dose can be reshipped for a fee of $35.


 

If you experience an issue caused by SlimTheory’s error (e.g., incorrect product sent, defective syringe, damaged packaging in transit), we will rectify the issue at no cost to you. Please email support@theslimtheory.com with details and photos of the issue.
