Our waitlist is currently closed and is expected to reopen by summer. Please do not email about joining the waitlist—just check our website. Once the list is open again, it will be made available on our homepage.

- I am on the waitlist. How much longer until I can join?

We appreciate your patience! We are working through the waitlist as quickly as possible, but to ensure quality service, the wait time is typically 2-4 months from when you joined the list. If you would like to verify that you’re still on the waitlist and didn’t miss your enrollment invitation, feel free to email us. However, we cannot provide an exact timeframe for when you’ll receive an invitation.

Medication & Shipments

- When does my medication ship?

Orders ship the third week of each month via USPS only, regardless of membership enrollment date. We do not offer expedited shipping or customized shipping dates.

- Why did I receive my syringe with air in it?

This is completely normal and is intentionally done for the shipment process. For details on why and how to properly prepare your injection, visit our Quick Tips Page for answers to this and all other questions related to your medication shipment.

- Where are SlimTheory medications compounded?

Our medications are compounded in the United States in our partnered compounding pharmacy.

- My syringe seems like it’s not fully filled. What do I do?

Please email a clear photo of your syringe with the air removed, holding it upright with the measurements visible, to support@theslimtheory.com. Our team will review it and assist you.

- There is still medication left in my syringe after my injection. Is this normal?

When administering medication using a syringe, you might notice a small amount of liquid remaining in the needle or hub after injection—this is known as "dead space". It’s important to understand that this leftover liquid is not part of your prescribed dosage. Syringes are designed with this in mind, ensuring that you receive the full amount of medication as intended. There’s no need to compensate for this small residual volume—it does not impact the effectiveness of your treatment.

- I'm having an issue with my shipment. What do I do?

- I accidentally spilled one of my doses. What do I do?

We understand that accidents happen. Please refer to our Missing Packages & Medication Replacement Policy for guidance on how to proceed.

Dosage & Adjustments

- I think I need a dosage increase. How do I request one?

We send a Dosage Consultation Email every month, a few days before your next round is scheduled to be filled. Please wait for this email, read it thoroughly, and answer all of the questions. This allows us to accurately assess where you are in your journey and determine the appropriate next dose.

- I want to switch the medication I’m on. How do I do that?

If you're considering switching medications, please wait for your Dosage Consultation Email and notify us at that time. This ensures we can evaluate your progress and make the best recommendation for your needs.

Membership & Account Changes

- How do I cancel, change, or pause my membership?

We understand that your needs may change. If you’d like to cancel, modify, or pause your membership, please contact our support team at support@theslimtheory.com before your next billing cycle to make adjustments to your account.
